Whether you are looking to become a teacher or simply dive deeper into your own practice, this training is designed to give you a solid foundation that will transform and deepen your practice. You will study asana (yoga poses), pranayama (breath work), meditation, practical applied anatomy, Sanskrit, yoga history & philosophy, Ayurveda, and so much more!
Led by YB Lead Teacher Mod Plank and featuring teachers who are the best in their field to give you a well-rounded education into the depth of Yoga.

Over 80 classes offered per week from 7am to 9pm from beginners to advanced, we make it easy for you to keep coming back to the mat.
