This Meditation Teacher Training course is for those interested in becoming a meditation, breath work, and mindfulness class facilitator or for those seeking to enhance their personal knowledge and practice. In this seven month, 100-hours course, students will learn how to teach meditation, breath work, and mindfulness.

If you are not interested in becoming a meditation teacher and are looking into deepening your meditation, breath work and mindfulness knowledge/practice, this course is suitable and suggested for you as well. 

Dates for Training:

We meet together as a group on Sundays about once a month from 2-7pm.

Dates: April 7, May 5, June 23, August 11, September 8 and 22, October 13 (graduation)

Course Cost:

We offer several payment plans, and we accept Checks, Money Orders, Cash, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. A $500 deposit holds your space. This deposit is a non-refundable registration fee to reserve your spot. All payments made are non- refundable.

    • After 4/7, course cost increases to $2204.

Continuing Education Hours

For Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teachers, 100 hours of continuing education are applied.

Melanie Yetter is a Meditation and Dharma teacher in the Zen Buddhist tradition as well as in Insight Meditation (Vipassana). She was trained and ordained as a Buddhist monk while attending seminary, Currently, Melanie is an Affiliated Mindful Awareness Practices Teacher, at UCLA Semel Institute Mindful Awareness Research Center, E-RYT® 500, IMT®, YACEP®
